1. Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging with all included accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition.
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective).
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The return address will vary depending on the product and will be provided upon approval of your return request.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

- Clear photos showing the defect/damage
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
- If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
- If the package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, please allow up to 30 business days for investigation before requesting further action.
4. Refund Eligibility & Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
